Epic Bio is a cutting-edge company focused on epigenetic engineering. One of Epic Bio's primary challenges involved the design and application of a specialized tool for gene modulation - dCasMINI. Their objective was to create a platform that could provide researchers and clinicians with precise, gene-specific guides for gene activation or suppression.

To meet this pressing need, we developed a comprehensive spacer design tool tailored for dCasMINI. The tool's database includes a broad spectrum of guide RNA sequences which dramatically simplified the complex process of identifying efficient guide RNAs.

We used modern frontend and backend technologies to ensure a top-notch user experience, while maintaining a high iteration speed.
